Hey everyone,
We have gotten a few comments from people saying that they are having problems accessing the coupons after downloading the program. It’s only a small amount of you that were having the problem, but we wanted to help clear up the issue.
After downloading the program mentioned at the top of this page, if you can’t get the coupons to print, try doing this:
Right-click on the image of the coupon you are trying to print. You can either right-click on the one in the sidebar or the one on the homepage as well (or both).
After you click, there should be a button that says “Print”. If you have the Print button, click on that and you should be able to print from there.
If you don’t see the Print button, then you should see one that says “View Image” (or something similar). Once you click View Image, the coupon will open up in a new screen and you can print it from there. Either right-click the coupon on that screen and press Print, or go to the top of your browser and click on “File” and then “Print”.
We hope that helps clear up some of the confusion that a few of you were having and we apologize for the inconvenience.
